In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "pph96" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the pph96 online gaming platform, its operators, and affiliated entities licensed by PAGCOR to offer online gaming services in the Philippines.

The following general gameplay principles apply across all pph96 products:

• Opening or operating more than one account, or opening an account on behalf of another person.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, structuring, or other financial crime.

• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known or unknown software error will be voided.

• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or interfere with any part of the pph96 platform, infrastructure, or security systems.

All content on the pph96 platform — including but not limited to the pph96 name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, audio, and video — is the exclusive intellectual property of pph96 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any pph96 content without prior written authorization.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on pph96 content or software.
• Use the pph96 brand, name, or logo in any commercial context or in a manner that could cause consumer confusion.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the pph96 platform by automated means.

Any unauthorized use of pph96 intellectual property may result in legal action. pph96 actively monitors for misuse of its brand assets and will take appropriate measures to protect its rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pph96 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the pph96 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, revenue, or data resulting from platform downtime, technical failures, or third-party service interruptions.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain password security.
• Losses resulting from your reliance on any information, content, or advice provided on the platform.
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers, banking partners, or telecommunications infrastructure issues.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits pph96's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. pph96's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.

Upon account closure, any remaining real-money wallet balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method within a reasonable processing period, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
